We have recently switched our automatic Emergency Notification System providers. People already in-rolled in the program will have no interruption in service. New customers please click here to sign up now. If there is a boil order, system shutdown, or other water emergency, the system will inform you of the problem. Code Red ENS can send alerts by land-line, cell, text, or email. If you are not in the Emergency Notification System you may miss important alerts from Tri-Township Water District.
The Board of Trustees for Tri-Township Water District voted at a Special Meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 to adopt Ordinance #13-30. It is an Ordinance amending Sections 2 and 8 of Ordinance NO. 96-3 which is an Ordinance to establish the Rules, Rates and Regulation for the operation of Tri-Township Water District System. Our Water Supplier, SLM, recently raised the water rates to all of their customers including Tri-Township Water District. The rate increase is necessary due to an increase in our overhead cost and the rising costs of conducting business.
A 10% rate increase will be effective on the water bills that will be due on January 15, 2014. The price of a new Water Tap will be $3,500 starting January 1, 2014.
Thank you for your continued patronage. If you have any questions please call the office at (618) 654-4542.
